How long will it take to receive my order?

Downloadables can take up to 30 mins to reach you after your payment has cleared. We use high-speed servers from Amazon.com so downloads are usually pretty fast. However in some cases with large files you may experience issues with your ISP restricting the download of large files. If you do, please post a ticket to our support team using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. All download links will expire after 14 days of delivery. On non-down-loadable items, we typically ship using USPS priority from our warehouse in Illinois. Items take 3-4 days to arrive within the US and 6-10 working days internationally.

What if my down-loadable video doesn’t play?

Our downloads are 100% guaranteed to play. If you have any problems with downloaded videos, contact us and we’ll fix it and if we can’t we’ll send you a physical product at no additional cost.
**Please note when downloading large files, in some cases ISP’s will drop your connection if you show constant activity in order to curtail pirating/illegal file sharing, as well as to more evenly distribute bandwidth to their customers. In this instance, we will send you an alternate file, just send us a message via our Helpdesk which can be found by clicking the Contact Us link and posting 'download' in the subject line.**

We offer online purchases through Paypal.com on a SSL connection which encrypts all your personal information—including name, address and credit card number- so that it can be transmitted safely across the Internet.

What is your returns and refund policy?

Downloadable items are non-returnable, but we guarantee they’ll play and we think you’ll find them of great value. Non-downloadable items vary from manufacturer but are all guaranteed to work as advertised and arrive free of defects. For any specific concerns, please contact us by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your download purchase, we are not able to offer a refund but we will provide you with an alternative download product of your choice.

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund on any physical products purchased, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, along with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost, and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, then we can collect the goods from you at your cost.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

What are your Shipping rates? 

Digital Delivered items have no shipping charges. For Physical products we charge a flat rate of $13.75 for shipping & Handling anywhere in the world.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

Contact us immediately using the link at the bottom of the page and a sales person will research your order. In an attempt to ship orders promptly, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. Downloadable items cannot be cancelled once the first download has started.

Do I need a Mac to view these videos?

All videos are encoded to QuickTime, so all you need is a computer (Windows or Mac) with the latest version of the QuickTime Player.
